What their website says:
"Be the change you want to see in the world." Ghandi
Our mission and purpose is simple: we want to change the world one "like" at a time.
People of every age long to be genuinely liked. What if the people in your life, the ones closest to you, had entries in their "i like book" filled out by you? How would it make them feel? Would focusing on the positive in your family make a huge impact? The "i like book" is natural, pure and from the heart. It has the capability to bring genuine peace and happiness to any relationship.
It is easy to do. It is designed so that each child has their own book and the adults in their life write something they "like" about them. Whether you make an entry once a week or once a day does not matter. The biggest suggestion is to try and make it as interactive as possible (let them know what you "like" about them). You will be amazed at how well your child will respond after several days!
"Parents need to fill a child's bucket of self-esteem so high that the rest of the world can't poke enough holes to drain it dry." -Alvin Price
For couples, many relationships are being taken from good to GREAT with just a few simple "like" statements. Imagine your "like book" that you share filled of all the amazing things you "like" about each other!
We are so confident, we offer a money back guarantee. Give the "i like" book a chance, you will not be disappointed.
"Lots of "likes" equal lots of love!"
I was given the opportunity to review the I Like Book. The first thing I noticed is,the black rubber band type thing (not sure what it's called) that keeps the book closed.I'm not sure if it's supposed to be the bookmark or not,but we use it as one to keep our daily spot.
I also noticed is when you open the book there is a page that you write the name of the child that the book belongs to,as well as their age,the year they received it,and who the book was from.
A couple pages after that has a spot to place a picture of the child on it.(Love That)
The days are numbered 1-31 and have a spot for the parents to write what they like about their child.Between each "chapter"(after you've filled out for the month) there is a page with either a quote,a place to put a picture,a short story or a game.In the back of the book there are pages that say notes & thoughts. My daughter used those pages as a "diary." There are also some blank pages that only have the little I Like guy on them. She used those pages to draw pictures.
My daughter is 11.When I first received the book and went through it,I thought it would be too "babyish" for my "cool" tween.I was wrong! It isn't babyish at all! This would be great for children of any age.I highly recommend the I Like Book.Let's face it,we don't always tell our kids what we "like" about them. This book gives you a little time out from each day to focus only on your child, and let them know exactly what you "like" about them.Talk about an ego booster. :)

They also have a couples version of the I Like Book, wristbands and bookmarks.I think I'm going to have to order one of the bookmarks.(Looks like it will go perfectly with the book)
