I recently learned about the Betty Crocker gluten free banana bread recipe,so I decided to try it out.I couldn't believe how easy the recipe was.Who would've thought that using Betty Crocker gluten free yellow cake mix could be used to make banana bread?!
Here is a picture of everything needed to make the banana bread.
That's it...4 Ingredients!! (5 if you add nuts)
Here is the direct link to the recipe.Feel free to look around the site for more awesome recipes!
THAT'S ALL YOU NEED!! Crazy right?
Ingredients
1 box Betty Crocker® Gluten Free yellow cake mix
1 cup mashed very ripe bananas (2 medium)
1/2 cup butter, softened
3 eggs
1/2 cup chopped nuts, if desired (I didn't use nuts, but wish I had)
I didn't use nuts because my daughter doesn't like them.Either way,the banana bread was delicious! I'll be making it again in the near future. It was moist, and didn't fall apart or get crmbly like alot of other gluten free products do.
