The directions were easy to follow. I sprayed the cleaner on my coat and used the microfiber cloth that came with it. I immediately noticed that it was cleaning off some things that have been on my oat since last winter. After I used the cleaner,I also used the conditioner,which I also suggest! I'm so happy that my coat is clean and ready for the cold!
